Basic Application:

L-Alanyl-L-glutamine, an organic compound, it is a component of parenteral nutrition and is suitable for patients requiring supplementation of glutamine and alanine, including patients in catabolic and hypermetabolic conditions. To supplement the amino acid solution, it should be added to other amino acid solutions or infusion containing amino acids when used. It should not be used in patients with severe renal insufficiency or severe liver insufficiency.

Amino acids released by the breakdown of dipeptides are stored as nutrients in the appropriate parts of the body and metabolized as required by the body. For patients with many diseases requiring parenteral nutritional support, glutamyl depletion may occur in the body. Therefore, this drug can mainly supplement glutamine and can be used as parenteral nutrition preparation in clinical practice for patients receiving parenteral nutrition, providing them with glutamine and better nutritional support.
